Frequently Asked Questions About Contacting Us

We are open Tuesday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

For color and chemical services for new guests, we recommend booking 1–3 weeks in advance after their initial consultation..For established guests, we recommend pre-booking future appointments at the completion of your service. For haircuts, 3–5 days is usually sufficient, though same-week and same-day availability varies. For securing an appointment for a guest’s most preferred time and day of the week, we recommend pre-booking future appointments — call (512) 396-6006 to check.

Yes—consultations are required for significant color or cut changes and can be
